The position entrusts Cerbini with oversight of all business activities of Chapman Freeborn’s onboard courier operations in the Americas, as well as responsibility for enhancing services to meet the evolving needs of a variety of industries ranging from automotive, aerospace, and entertainment, to fashion, life sciences and more.

Cerbini, who originally joined Chapman Freeborn OBC Inc. in 2023, got his start in courier operations in the late 1990s as an International Logistics Coordinator for World Courier, a UK-based specialist in the worldwide delivery of biopharmaceutical products. Cerbini spent nearly 15 years with the company, rising to Staff Development and Quality Control Manager while learning the industry from pioneers who arranged the first onboard courier services, including time-sensitive “next flight out” shipments that prioritize urgent delivery of cargo.
In 2013, Cerbini moved on to become Senior Director of Global Training and Development for Worldnet International New York, a Jamaica, Queens-based logistics service that provides premium shipping and courier services for fashion items, luxury goods, technology, and more.
Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Cerbini earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from St. John’s University and later secured several professional certifications from the International Air Transport Association as well as other industry organizations. These days he enjoys spending downtime traveling, playing golf, and with his family.
